I'm interested in linguistics myself, but I don't have a degree in it. I'm not personally from Seiyap, but my father's family and my mother's mother's family are. In fact, my father's family is also from Tangkou, Kaiping. Since I'm not personally from Tangkou, I couldn't guess from your name that your family is from there. What village do they come from? Do you or your family know of a Hugo Fang, who was a webmaster at Kaiping.gov, or a Fang Ruining, who worked at a Guangzhou railroad company? Have you or your family ever heard of Qiangya Village in Tangkou? Do you or your family know of any relatives with the surnames Guan and Situ from Chikan Town or Tan from Shuikou Town?
