January 2019[edit]

This account has been blocked indefinitely as a sock puppet that was created to violate Wikipedia policy. Note that using multiple accounts is allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not, and that all edits made while evading a block or ban may be reverted or deleted. If this account is not a sock puppet, and you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~ below.}}

Request reason:

I was just finished a rewrite of the Kinloss article when it came up with error edit not saved. you idiot blocking me for no reason. Is this a joke because I don't find it very funny. When unblocked I will help improve articles around the Moray area. I was only improving the draft. Far away is me (talk) 20:36, 18 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Insulting other editors will not help your cause. Huon (talk) 20:48, 18 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

You are not permitted to blank declines for existing blocks. You are welcome to make a new unblock request, however. --Yamla (talk) 22:34, 18 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright violation[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions to the Draft:Culbin Forest article, but for legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text—which means allowing other people to modify it—then you must include on the external site the statement: "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later, and under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribute Share-Alike".

You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question at the Help Desk. You can also leave a message on my talk page. --Yamla (talk) 23:08, 18 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I don't know anything (not much) about Wikipedia and only started editing when I got blocked for no reason. I did not do copyright I put it into my own words, I understand copying is bad and I will not to it again. When unblocked I will edit articles around my local area (Moray, Scotland) and improve the articles. Just because I edit an article created by a sockpuppet doesn't mean I am a sockpuppet I'm only improving Wikipedia to the best its ever been because I'm in the community now.

Decline reason:

Your explanation for each issue is unsatisfactory. You will have to better explain that you understand copyright (WP:CFAQ will help) and better explain, if you are not a sock, why we think you are and address it.

I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 10:55, 19 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I did not copyright I used the Culbin Sands, Forest and Findhorn Bay article to help me to use it into my own words. I copyrighted the photo because that was the only one I could find. I will not to it again. I am not a sock puppet as I explained in my last unblock request. I don't know how this happened I only joined yesterday to help improve Wikipedia not to disrupt it. This is my FIRST account and my only account. Far away is me (talk) 11:01, 19 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Confirmed abuse of numerous accounts. —DoRD (talk) 14:58, 19 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I told you not to blank unblock declines, yet you continued to do so. You have now lost access to this talk page. --Yamla (talk) 11:38, 19 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Talk page access[edit]

No, you may not have talk page access back. You were warned and instead of listening to the warning, you want on a rampage of personal attacks, then removed the unblock decline, like you had been warned not to so. In your email, you claimed you never got the warning about blanking unblock declines, but your edit history shows this to be false. Once your current unblock request is reviewed, you will still have access to WP:UTRS if it is declined. Do not email me again. --Yamla (talk) 11:51, 19 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I have no idea why you are incapable of following direction. Email access revoked. --Yamla (talk) 11:57, 19 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
