Juan's Peer Review[edit]

I think you do a good job of describing the important role the DRC plays in the global cobalt industry and the various problems that have come along with that new role. However, it's a little unclear how that ties to corruption in the country. Something you could do is choose to focus more on the cobalt industry itself, and have the corruption that is tied to it as a section of the article. Your conclusion puts the overall current state of the industry into perspective in a concise manner. Although no sources were listed, it seems as though reliable ones were used-- given that prominent news sources were mentioned and relevant statistics were presented. In terms of organization, some of the information could be separated to better tie together similar topics, such as one section for the statistics on the cobalt industry and another for child labor. Overall, the article needs work in order to make it adequate, but it is definitely a good start. Jmrizo (talk) 18:34, 3 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
