Hello Faris Ram. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Yes, since you have declared your paid editing, you will be permitted to edit. However, you must follow the conflict of interest guidelines. If you are being paid to edit, you may not yourself create an article in mainspace or move it there, as you have done previously. Instead, request review from the the articles for creation process, so that an editor without a conflict of interest can review it and decide if it is suitable to move there. If you wish to suggest edits to an existing article, the page linked above also explains how to do that, but do not edit it directly. And whether COI is disclosed or not, Wikipedia does not permit promotional material of any kind; all articles must be neutral in both tone and content. I'm not sure what you mean by that. You stated in your disclosure that you're being paid to edit about Dovnir and Mirzaeva, so no, you may not. You must use AfC if creating an article related to anything you're being paid for, and must use the edit request process if editing an existing one on such a topic. In other cases (I see you made some edits about a historical papal election and a county in Minnesota; I doubt you're getting paid to edit about those), if you are not being paid to edit about the subject, then you can edit normally in those instances. You could, but that's not really in shape for it. At minimum, all the social media links need to be removed, and it looks to be reference bombed with questionable at best references. Telegram, for instance, is not a reliable source, and I don't know what "74.ru" or the like is, but I rather doubt if that is either. This source ([1]) I can't even find a mention of him in (it looks like it talks about different people named "Volkhonsky"), and it does not mention "Men Pro and Girls Pro" at all, which is the claim it's used to support. Falsification of references, by placing a reference in front of a claim that the cited reference doesn't actually support, is taken very seriously and is very much grounds to be blocked, so ensure you're not doing that.
