white stripes.[edit]

Youtube is not the best place to find out about stuff, or source. YouTube is filled with user-created stuff and fake videos, ect. I mean, do you seriously believe everything you see on the web? Wikipedians can't do that, because of the very nature of this place. We need sources for infomation, or wikipedia will fail.

Provide a source from a news agency that is reliable, a store, ect. If you cannot, and this infomation you wish to put on the article is just something you heard on a forum/chat room/youtube, then please leave it out of the article.

Please also see: WP:NOR, WP:V, WP:CITE.

Also, will you please leave Whirlwind Heat in the See also? From the article, it seems that Jack White had a large influence in their development.

Ok? dposse 21:10, 25 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

If you cannot find a reliable source for this DVD, then it doesn't belong on wikipedia. I'm sorry, but that's how it has to be. It'll be chaos if we let everyone post unsourced infomation on here. Wikipedia would go offline in minutes.

"jack produced their album and they opened for the stripes" - and that is the exact reason why it should stay. Or, another option is to put it on Jack White's article under "see also". Rather or not jack white has any influence now makes no difference, he was involved with them at a point in time. dposse 17:05, 26 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
