Referencing

[edit]

Hi, welcome to the Anglo-Saxons article. I would recommend using templates like cite book in the article, as introduced in Help:Referencing for beginners. Page numbers are helpful for book references. (There are other citation methods and where an article has a different citation style, that should be followed.) Hodges 1982 is a short citation and should only be used if the article has a list of full references, which Anglo-Saxons does not. Let me know if you have any questions, if they are too complicated I might have to recommend Wikipedia:Helpdesk instead. TSventon (talk) 12:35, 19 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again, I think the wording at Somerville College, Oxford about Brittain-Williams was a bit confusing, so I have attempted to clarify it. TSventon (talk) 13:28, 24 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
