Thank you. I am not trying to game the system. I’m just unsure how to find other Drafts for Sammy Voit. I only want the version submitted today to be reviewed. Can you please help me figure out how to delete the others? Thanks Fayerez303 (talk) 02:07, 29 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Do you have any other accounts?

I did have another account but I deleted it. Please please help me to get this page published. I have been at it for over a year. The code is accurate. Please!

Accounts cannot be deleted, by you or anyone else. What is the reason you want this article draft(not just a "page") published so desperately? 331dot (talk) 17:47, 26 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The account is for my client who is an actor and public figure. There are many active links to his name and I would like to be able to have his information linked back to his page. I am frustrated that it is taking so long. I apologize because I don't know what I need to do. Please advise and thank you.

Since you are editing for a client, you must read and formally comply with the paid editing policy. This is a Wikipedia Terms of Use requirement and mandatory, and you should do this as soon as possible. I have added the submission template to Draft:Sammy Voit to allow you to submit that draft for review. 331dot (talk) 18:03, 26 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I am sorry I am so confused. What exactly do I need to do? How do I resubmit the draft? Is there anyone to expedite this since it has been so long? Please.

User:Fayerez303 - Have you read the conflict of interest policy? If the account is for your client, you have a conflict of interest and must declare it. You should also understand that your desire or your client's desire to have a Wikipedia article about your client has no connection to whether your client satisfies biographical notability. In fact, your perceived need to get the article accepted is a reason for neutral editors of Wikipedia to be deliberate and careful in reviewing the draft. Robert McClenon (talk) 18:06, 26 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
You click the blue button in the submission box at the top of the draft that says "Submit your draft for review!". Unfortunately there is no means to speed things up. 331dot (talk) 18:07, 26 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you Robert. I am not understanding what you say. Where do I disclose this information? How do I expedite this as it has taken over 1 year? Sorry I am trying to understand. Thank you

I suggest that you take a step back to digest and understand the information we have been giving you. And as I noted, you must comply with the paid editing policy as soon as you can. As I said, there is nothing that you can do to speed up things. This is a volunteer project run by volunteers, who do what they can when they can. 331dot (talk) 18:12, 26 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. I appreciate the volunteers who are making this work. It is really important. Thank you. So where do I submit the editing policy. I understand I have to provide Employer, the client, affiliation, contribution, payer or compensation. I just don't know where to submit this.

You may post it on your user page, User:Fayerez303. Regarding the submission of your first draft, there is no record of it ever having been actually submitted; it also was written in December, not a year ago. 331dot (talk) 18:18, 26 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

So if I put the information on my page and just call it disclosures that is ok? Also, there was another submission by someone else for the client. I was picking it up. Under the page sarafayebv. I was told there were duplicates. Again thank you I just don't know how to do this. Are you able to check the Fayerez303 page to see if I submitted the disclosure properly.

The information was sufficient, I have formatted it for both your user page and the talk page of the draft. You are now free to click the "Submit this draft" blue button on the draft to submit it for a review. 331dot (talk) 18:45, 26 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you so very much!! I believe I submitted it. Are you able to verify? also, this is the message that I received when I had submitted it that said it was declined. I am not sure what to do.

Submission declined on 28 December 2019 by Robert McClenon (talk). This appears to be a duplicate of another submission, Sammy Voit, which is also waiting to be reviewed. To save time we will consider the other submission and not this one. If you would like to continue working on the submission, click on the "Edit" tab at the top of the window. If you have not resolved the issues listed above, your draft will be declined again and potentially deleted. If you need extra help, please ask us a question at the AfC Help Desk or get live help from experienced editors. Please do not remove reviewer comments or this notice until the submission is accepted.

user: 331dot are you able to help me figure this out? Thank you

_____ Robert McClenon (talk) I had duplicate pages and I believe I fixed the problem for Sammy Voit (the page for Samuel more Voit has been duplicated). Please confirm that it looks ok and that the page Sammy Voit has been submitted. Thank you.

Please review page

Yes, you have submitted the draft. 331dot (talk) 20:38, 26 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. Can you tell me how much longer it will be? I know it is volunteer based and I am so appreciative for all you do.

As it says in the yellow box now at the bottom of your draft, "This may take 2 months or more, since drafts are reviewed in no specific order. There are 1,644 pending submissions waiting for review." It may be quicker, it may be longer, but on average it should be a couple months. That's actually the lowest I've seen the number of pending submissions in a while(it's been above 4000 until recently) so if people are working on them, it may be quicker, but there is no way to predict this. 331dot (talk) 20:43, 26 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. If there is some way to get this out asap it would be so appreciated. Does it matter that it was submitted back in December? I really appreciate your help. From someone on the front lines as well...thank you!

As I've said, there is nothing that you can do to speed it up. To be frank(and I apologize), Wikipedia is completely unconcerned with any need you have to get this done for your client. Our primary goal is to build this encyclopedia. 331dot (talk) 20:54, 26 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I get it and really want to help contribute to that. Thank you for your help.

is there a place to go to check on where my submission is in place?
You will get a message from whomever reviews it(just as you did with your other draft) as to if it is accepted or not. If it is accepted, the reviewer will place it in the encyclopedia. If it is declined, you will be told why. 331dot (talk) 23:48, 26 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
