Yes, every fact is indeed referenced with an appropriate, reliable reference. There were zero distractions in the article, everything was associated in some way or another with monoculture. I feel as if the article showed both the negatives and positives of practicing monoculture, therefore it appears to be neutral without leaning excessively to one side or the other. The article has many different sources, most stemming from scientific peer-reviewed journals. Most of the information seems up-to-date, compared to what I have been learning in the classroom. The citations worked for the five I checked out.

Questions: 1. Would it be possible to incorporate conceptions of monoculture held by those with a more radical view if one were to state that these may not be totally accurate, yet it is a camp that exists in the discussion of monoculture? 2. Do you think it might be wise to add a section which references pesticide treadmills and how they affect monoculture?
