I also don't think it is a WP:CLEANSTART account. Keep in mind that WP:Clean start is policy and it means staying away from the areas you previously edited. Having your user page state "This user is still learning the ropes on how to use Wikipedia, so may have multiple errors in edits." is so beyond deceptive that I felt the need to put you on blast. Note that I am very clear about my other account on my user page. Other users wishing to contact me via my old account are directed to my new account, which means that I cannot avoid any possible scrutiny. The aim of a clean start is to recognize past mistakes and to avoid harassment. Noting my old account on my user page defeats this purpose.
