Be polite

[edit]

I don’t like your tone with me on the Blizzard page. Please, be respectful. If I’m wrong you can correct me but keep your sarcasm to yourself. Thanks PaulUsuloo (talk) 15:45, 3 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@PaulUsuloo Stop editing logged out every time someone reverts you for your unsourced edits then. There's a long pattern here of disruption here. -- ferret (talk) 15:56, 3 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You undid correct information about King. Go check LinkedIn and see for yourself. PaulUsuloo (talk) 00:14, 19 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Block evasion

[edit]

You recently blocked 2402:ad80::/40 however it turns out that they are evading their block from this range( 2402:ad80:139::/48 or 2402:AD80:130:0:0:0:0:0/44), see this chain of edits Ratnahastin (talk) 02:40, 12 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

King.com

[edit]

Just so we're on the same page, https://king.com/ redirects to https://www.king.com/ on all devices and browsers I tested this on, not the other way around. Does it do the opposite for you? Either way, since both variants work, this is not something I deeply care to fight about, so we can leave it as-is. IceWelder [] 13:17, 19 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@IceWelder Hmm. I'm using Chrome, and it displays just king.com. If I click on that, it remains just king.com. But if I click a second time, it changes to https://www.king.com/. Kind of obscured. My bad on that one. When you're having to revert numerous bad edits.... -- ferret (talk) 13:21, 19 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I had my fair share of mass editors, so I can definitely relate to that. I don't know why Chrome chooses to visibly truncate the protocol and subdomain only if it is `www.`, I only recall there were negative reactions to the change when it was introduced. You will notice that it still copies the correct URL even while it is truncated. Luckily, Firefox renders URLs properly, since those 11 characters really aren't expensive.
