Yes, I see some douchebag[edit]

deleted the Cizak entry. Neither Mr. Cizak nor myself even wrote that entry. I made citations to back up the claims in the article and you guys deleted it anyway. I believe there to be some personal bias. Perhaps jealousy?

Long story short: Put the damn article back up.

Regarding BRHS[edit]

More people are familiar with Cizak than you think. Since you attended Broad Ripple I suspect you are aware Cizak's mother taught French and German there. I am wondering if you failed her class and now feel the need to exact revenge on her son, who had nothing to do with your failure to study.

Revisions to BRHS & Benrubi[edit]

It's great to see that someone is so interested in these Broad Ripple related topics. However, assuming good faith on your part, this Alec Cizak person is IMO, just not notable enough by wikipedia standards for inclusion in the articles in which you are seeking to include him. I appriciate that you are new to wp and perhaps a fan of this person and want to do everything you can to get his name out there, but this is an encyclopedia not an advertizing service, and until this person does some more notable things, it would probably be best to leave his name off articles. See WP:NOTE Thanks. Josh (talk) 14:04, 25 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Excluding Cizak IS vandalism[edit]

If Steven Goldschmidt (his original name) is listed as a "notable" alumnus, you MUST list Cizak. He is known internationally, Goldschmidt is not.

Steven Goldsmith has had a long political career at local, state and federal levels, the peak of which was his tenure as the the mayor of the 13th largest city in the U.S. for 8 years (during which time it became the 12th largest). He also ran for governor of Indiana and now holds a post in the Bush administration. I think all that clearly makes him notable. I'm not sure what you mean by saying that Cizak is known internationally. Have any of his films or other prjoects been widely distributed overseas or have they won prizes at international film festivals? If so, that would surely increase his notability raising it to close to the level needed to be on wp. Josh (talk) 13:58, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism[edit]

I'm sorry that some of your favorite pages have been deleted or continue to be reverted, but please stop vandalizing the Broad Ripple High School Article. If you wish to protest my reverts, please respond here or in my talk. Josh (talk) 18:52, 1 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
