Greeting wikipedians...

This page Miles Spencer is a BLP under these guidelines and has been subject to recent and re-Inserted Defamatory information. Guidance from the wiki community would be helpful before any other edit actions are taken;

Here are facts as I know them; 1) The page has previously been active and edited for more than 10 years by multiple sources; for example I began as an employee of the TV show. 2) Recently, 74.108.31.28 inserted material concerning a recent commercial dispute. 74.108.31.28 inserted a headline. The only other headlines on the page encompass 20 years cited sources, Wiki activity and editing. 3) Based on wiki logs, 74.108.31.28 attempted to link to an off-wiki page further detailing one perspective of the dispute, and inserted content in violation of copyright on that page. 4) From what I understand, 74.108.31.28 attempted to monetize the dispute by offering to sell the claim at some discount to the perceived value. 5) As far as I can see, 74.108.31.28 is a new contributor to wiki and this is the sole entry of 74.108.31.28 .

I believe, but seek guidance on whether the material should be a) removed entirely, or b) the headline subsumed into the angel investing activity under which the dispute arose, and/or c) should 74.108.31.28 should be banned from wiki, though that is difficult given the anonymity of the party.

My Research notes; a) From Wiki Guidelines; Wikipedia is not a forum provided for parties to off-wiki disputes to continue their hostilities. Experience has shown that misusing Wikipedia to perpetuate legal, political, social, literary, scholarly, or other disputes is harmful to the subjects of biographical articles, to other parties in the dispute, and to Wikipedia itself.

b) Editors must take particular care when adding information about living persons to any Wikipedia page.[a] Such material requires a high degree of sensitivity, and must adhere strictly to all applicable laws in the United States, to this policy, and to Wikipedia's three core content policies: Neutral point of view (NPOV) Verifiability (V) No original research (NOR)

c) Contentious material, .. negative, positive, neutral, or just questionable—should be removed immediately and without waiting for discussion.[1] Users who persistently or egregiously violate this policy may be blocked from editing.

Please advise...
