Copyright issue with Underwater cultural heritage

We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as UNESCO Convention on the Protection of the Underwater Cultural Heritage, but we regretfully cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from either web sites or printed material. This article appears to contain material copied from http://portal.unesco.org/culture/en/files/29891/11388762643english.pdf/english.pdf, and therefore to constitute a violation of Wikipedia's copyright policies.
