Titanic (1997 film) - just to alert you that 210.0.201.62, whom you gave warning after the blanking of sections of "Dr. No (film)", has been doing similar vandalism just today on Titanic (1997 film). Thomas Crimble

I don't know how familiar you are with cricket for the workings of WP:CRIC, but according to our definition of notability, Crimble has played first-class cricket, which is the highest level of domestic cricket and came at a time before international cricket, so was hence the highest level of the sport. As goes for sources, you try and find me a source for Crimble. He was an obscure cricketer, making only 2 appearances. I cannot be arsed in the slightest to reference such a small article and as is the norm with such cricket articles we use the external links as the source (it's really not the difficult to click them to confirm stats and other details you know). As such, I have removed the tag as per WP:CRIC and WP:ATH. AssociateAffiliate (talk) 16:42, 2 May 2010 (UTC)

To add, the deletion template states: "all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010 must have references". Crimble died in 1873, he's been dead for 137 years... AssociateAffiliate (talk) 16:44, 2 May 2010 (UTC)
It doesn't appear that this tagging is about notability but, bizarrely, because Flou1 thinks it's a violation of Wikipedia's policy on the biographies of living people. The date of death is a subtle clue that the article isn't a BLP. As for sourcing, Wikipedia requires inline citations; bad practice on other cricket-related articles is not a justification for continuing it. You were looking at the sources today, it can't be that much of an effort to do a decent job. I suggest if you can't be arsed to do it properly you should think about if you should do it at all.
