Hi there, please do not add Brasil Hot 100 to song articles, as this was deleted per Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Hot100Brasil. Thanks! - eo (talk) 02:08, 4 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add content without citing reliable sources, as you did to Alright, Still. Before making potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. PiracyFundsTerrorism (talk) 23:52, 11 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Brazil Hot 100[edit]

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Give It 2 Me. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. This is your second warning about the addition of the Brazil Hot 100 or any related chart. Please read WP:BADCHARTS for a list of charts that should not be added to articles.—Kww(talk) 00:17, 14 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Warning, you have been told to stop adding charts that violate WP:BADCHARTS. Stop, further disruption will result in a block. — Realist2 22:14, 7 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of What Lies Beneath (Tarja album)[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article What Lies Beneath (Tarja album), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Future album, virtually no information other than a quote from a blog (non-reliable)

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. AfD nomination of What Lies Beneath (Tarja album)[edit]

I have nominated What Lies Beneath (Tarja album), an article that you created, for deletion. ==File source problem with File:I walk alone single.jpg[edit]

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:I walk alone single.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 23:25, 1 February 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ==

Please look at these images now. I have fixed them to comply with our non-free image use policy. In the future, DO NOT upload files that are copyrighted and claim that they are your own. If you need help in figuring out how to use images, ask. Again, for future reference, check out what I have done to those images (I added an appropriate copyrighted cover tag, and a corresponding fair use rationale). Hope this helps.-Andrew c [talk] 15:53, 23 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of File:Tarja brazil.jpg[edit]

A tag has been placed on File:Tarja brazil.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free image with a clearly invalid licensing tag; or it otherwise fails some part of the non-free content criteria.

If you can find a valid tag that expresses why the image can be used under the fair use guidelines, please replace the current tag with that tag. If no such tag exists, please add the {{non-free fair use in|article name that the image is used in}} tag, along with a brief explanation of why this constitutes fair use of the image. If the image has been deleted, you can re-upload it, but please ensure you place the correct tag on it.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on [[Talk:File:Tarja brazil.jpg|the talk page]] explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. — neuro(talk)(review) 21:16, 17 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:Tarja Storm2009.jpg[edit]

Thank you for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. Additionally, if you continue uploading bad images, you may be blocked from uploading. STBotI (talk) 21:03, 4 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Uploading free images to Wikimedia Commons[edit]

Thank you for uploading images/media to Wikipedia! As you may know, there is another Wikimedia Foundation project called Wikimedia Commons, a central media repository for all free media. In future, please upload media there instead (see m:Help:Unified login). That way, all of the other language Wikipedias can use them too, as well as our many sister projects. This will also allow our visitors to search for, view and use our media in one central location. If you wish to move previous uploads to Commons, see Wikipedia:Moving images to the Commons (you may view previous uploads by going to your user contributions on the left and choosing the 'file' namespace from the drop down box (or see [1]). Please note that non-free content, such as images claimed as fair use, cannot be uploaded to the Wikimedia Commons. Help us spread the word about Commons by informing other users, and please continue uploading! –Drilnoth (TC) 01:35, 5 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:Iwalkalone2.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Iwalkalone2.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. FASTILYsock (TALK) 00:52, 3 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Orphaned non-free image File:Voltaicbj.jpg[edit]

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Voltaicbj.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 18:58, 24 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Leaving You for Me has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

WP:NSONG fail with an unclear redirect target.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
