Good stuff. However I haven't finished the work on the Horace Walpole article. Frank Ramsey (talk) 22:03, 26 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

[edit] Ah it's you Sir Foz. Why are you preventing the spread of the sum of human knowledge? I had you down as a good guy. The article I was working on was in a terrible state. And how did you spot this? From Giano's page? That would be bad, because then you are blocking overt content creation. Or was it my message to Rod and the Bainer? Shame on you. Goodness I have just tried to edit Horace Walpole to correct another huge omission from the article - can any reader guess what that is - but I can't? Can anyone help me extend Wikipedia's contribution to human knowledge? Perhaps not Frank Ramsey (talk) 22:08, 26 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

My view[edit]

I doubt you still look here, but I'm banned from WR so this is our only contact.

No user is irreplaceable, and a user who goes around causing problems is only a hindrance to the encyclopedia. Always remember that. The best way to be unblocked is not to claim that you deserve it because of your greatness, but instead that you deserve it because of your humbleness. Your approach was 100% opposite of what may have worked.

I added some more to Walpole, but not a lot. I have some other things to focus on at the moment. Ottava Rima (talk) 00:37, 1 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
