Have a look at WP:CITE to learn how to write citations. There are templates for citations at Wikipedia:Citation templates too, you might find these useful! Chase me ladies, I'm the Cavalry 14:41, 14 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Appreciate the hint, though it didn't work for me. I'm W-challenged. Why did someone recommend this page for speedy deletion--and then change his/her mind? Freerangelibrarian 00:37, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. :) It seems, unfortunately, that your permission letter has not yet been received. Please consider resending this. It should have been handled by now, although it sometimes does take longer than the 7 days allotted. I'm sorry that the additional step is necessary, but since Wikipedia does not require identity verification at account creation, we must have external verification of permission to utilize other sources that are not already public domain or GFDL. The potential legal ramifications for Wikipedia and the possible commercial ramifications for copyright holders (who will lose control of material utilized here) makes this essential. I wish there were some way that we could follow-up on this here, but, unfortunately, Wikimedia is sprawling and volunteer communication sometimes inefficient. :/ If you have questions about the verification procedure, please feel free to contact me at my talk page. If you do choose to resend the letter, please make a note of this at the article's talk page. Thank you.--Moonriddengirl (talk) 11:58, 20 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
