Prof Garcia's Comments[edit]

You've done an excellent job, Famirka! I am very impressed with the level of analysis that you have done. Your sources, however, are a little general. You really need to look up academic articles that talk about nonmaterial culture. Have you met with Sarah Hammill yet? I recommend you meet with her and see how she can help you. But great job to start! Alfgarciamora (talk) 14:29, 6 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Week 6: I am SO looking forward to what you produce for this class, Famirka. You have done an incredible job up to now, and I commend you for all the hard work you've put into this! =) Keep it up! Alfgarciamora (talk) 12:54, 12 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Fthen001: Well done moving all your content to the mainspace, Famirka! You are doing a great job and are nearly finished with the whole project. =) As you finish this project, just remember to edit your content so that it is as encyclopedic and well-structured as possible. Best of luck with your final steps! Alfgarciamora (talk) 20:48, 4 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Alfgarciamora: Professor Garcia, thank you! I really tried to address the issues that Ian had mentioned in the two sections I moved over. I'm working on expanding the Behavior section, I'm gathering my thoughts as to what exactly I want to add. I'm thinking about mentioning values and norms in that section because those are all so tied together. I will continue to make edits to ensire that the over all article has a good structure, check for neutrality, ect. Fthen001 (talk) 02:40, 5 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Peer Review[edit]

Hello Farmirka, I'm Melissa and I think your article is coming out great! I agree with you that non-material culture is overlooked in society. I think you should add more information to cultures since its an interesting connection. Mmora243 (talk) 15:30, 18 October 2016 (UTC)mmora243[reply]

@Mmora243: Hi Melissa. Thanks for reading my work! I'm not entirely sure I understand what you mean though, can you give me further explanation or an example? Fthen001 (talk) 19:30, 18 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, what I meant to say was that you should add more examples if how culture affects language, symbols, and behavior. Mmora243 (talk) 23:30, 18 October 2016 (UTC)mmora243[reply]

@Mmora243: Melissa, I think I understand what you are saying. I have a lot of specific examples, but no real explanation of how that really ties back to that particular culture. I will definitely be working on this going forward. Thank you!! Fthen001 (talk) 00:57, 25 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
