RomexSoft[edit]

The article RomexSoft has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article seemed to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, but it did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki (talk) 14:25, 5 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Well, you have posted the article five times, and none of those versions met our guidelines. If you want to try again, you should do so in your userspace (for example, at User:Fuegoazul/RomexSoft, and then let me know when you have finished. Remember, you need to show that the company has been recognized as notable (see WP:CORP) by reliable independent sources (see WP:V), and the article should avoid advertising and promotional language (see WP:SPAM and WP:NPOV). NawlinWiki (talk) 12:49, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
    • I still don't see anything that would indicate that this company is notable per WP:CORP. NawlinWiki (talk) 13:09, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
        • You wrote: "Does the fact that RomexSoft company is the Adobe solution partner(this can always be checked on the Adobe site which was included into sources of the deleted article) prove the notability?" Answer is no. Big software companies have hundreds of "partners". That doesn't make each partner notable. NawlinWiki (talk) 14:19, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 13:59, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Inappropriate content of the user page[edit]

Your user page currently contains inappropriate content which appear to be advertisement for a commercial entity. You should look up WP:UP to see what is and what is not appropriate to have on your user page. In particular, WP:UP#NOT list the following as an example of inappropriate material for a userpage: "Advertising or promotion of a business or organization unrelated to Wikipedia (such as purely commercial sites or referral links)". You may also want to look up WP:SPAM and WP:COI. Nsk92 (talk) 13:07, 7 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Could you please uprotect the article RomexSoft? I have read about images and copyright but didn't manage to make the necessary changes. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Fuegoazul (talkcontribs) 10:00, 12 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your message. In future, please sign your messages by typing ~~~~ at the end.
It has been decided that RomexSoft should be deleted and the deletion was endorsed. As the page has been persistently recreated, it has now been protected to prevent this. Therefore it will not be unprotected. There is no appeal possible from this decision. Stifle (talk) 10:10, 12 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The RomexSoft article has been deleted due to the reasons of advertisement hints and absence of reliable sources.
The advertisement information in the article has been removed and reliable sources have been added. Thus, I would like to request for allowing creation of the RomexSoft article and unprotection of the page. Thank you. Fuegoazul (talk) 09:11, 16 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Please provide a user subpage draft of the article you would like to include at RomexSoft. Stifle (talk) 09:43, 16 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I have added the the draft to my page. Please review it. Thank you!Fuegoazul (talk) 10:08, 16 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
This still contains no coverage of the company in reliable sources. I would not think that this page is eligible for inclusion in Wikipedia. To be clear — you need to include multiple, independent articles from major newspapers or other secondary sources. Please see WP:CORP. Stifle (talk) 10:13, 16 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for clarifications. Though, it is unjust and unfair that other companies presented no reliable sources and their articles are present in Wikipedia. But...let it be. They were more lucky than me. Still thank you for your help.Fuegoazul (talk) 10:24, 16 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Feel free to list such articles for deletion. Stifle (talk) 10:27, 16 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
