Welcome![edit]

Hello, Gale504, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Brianda and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

DOI[edit]

Hi, may I suggest you to directly put the DOI id of the articles you want to use as citation in the citation window of the editor (Help:VisualEditor#Editing_references). It'll generate nice citations. Thanks, Framawiki (please notify me when you reply) 23:49, 27 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

National Afro-American Press Association[edit]

Hi there @Gale504 and @MJK01, I checked out your contribution on National Afro-American Press Association. Well done with the article! One thing, I don't think the sources section is needed, since all of your citations are auto-populated at the bottom of the article under references. If you didn't use one of the sources, then perhaps you can create a 'Further reading' section for readers to explore if they'd like to. Right now the Sources section is kind of an eye sore. Also check out the message above mine. It's a good suggestion. Looping in @Djgonzophd. Brianda (Wiki Ed) (talk) 00:12, 6 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
