WP:COI will presents us with a problem here, since it will be an article about you, by you (sorry!)

As for the criteria for inclusion, please check WP:PEOPLE

What I would recommend as is mentioned in WP:COI is to write your article in your userspace for example User talk:Gary LaSasso/Gary LaSasso, and then as other editors review it and ensure that it meets wikipedia standards before moving it to main article space. Make sure that its referenced by reliable sources and is in a neutral point of view. You might want to look for a project that best suits the article as a way to find other editors to review your work. Since you have illustrated Science Fiction novels perhaps the WP:WikiProject Novels and the Wikipedia:WikiProject_Novels/Science_fiction_task_force might be able to help editing your article. There is also the Wikipedia:WikiProject Biography. Writing in your user space is the best way to start working on an article since other editors will usually leave it alone until your move it to main article space. --Captain-tucker (talk) 01:24, 18 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
