Commercial use of Image:ToruIwaya-Jan2006.JPG

This image is a cropped version of the one that is found here which has a clear (c) notice on the front page. If you provided the image to this website, a note from them or you to WP:OTRS to confirm the (c) holder would be needed. Please follow the instructions at WP:OTRS, and the sys-op/admin that replies there will be able to reinstate the image with the proper licensing. Skier Dude (talk) 03:48, 12 September 2009 (UTC)

The OTRS is still missing from File:ToruIwaya-1999-HikariNiNaruUma.jpg and File:ToruIwaya-1972-NoSerie2.jpg; admins oft give a bit more time to allow for the OTRS processing, which is why the deletion listings probably haven't been closed as of yet.
