Welcome![edit]

I have reverted your addition to Talk:In-N-Out Burger as article talk pages are specifically for discussing improvements to the article. Hopefully the following will answer some questions you might have.

Wikipedia is different from many other projects. While we do have administrators, they do not really have authority over article content more than any other articles. Pretty much everything on the project is decided by consensus of editors (which includes you). With a few exceptions for legal reasons (avoid potentially libelous information in [[WP:BLP|articles dealing with living persons, no child pornography, etc.), virtually anything else can be changed.

With very few exceptions, everyone on Wikipedia is an editor, like you. If you see a mistake, fix it. If you think something is missing, research it and add it (with a citation for a reliable source). To limit chaos, we do have numerous policies you almost must follow and guidelines you will find helpful. A good place to start is with Wikipedia's pillars. If you make mistakes, other editors will likely revert your change. Hopefully they will use an edit summary and/or leave a note on your talk page and/or discuss the issue on the article's talk page.

If you have specific questions about a change you would like to make or think perhaps should be made, feel free to discuss the issue on the article's talk page. If you have a question about the topic, Wikipedia is not really designed for that, though the Wikipedia:Reference desk might be able to help.

Cheers. - SummerPhDv2.0 05:01, 10 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
