Hi, to improve the accuracy of the article The 414s we will need sources. I wrote a lot of it and I made my best effort to summarize the sources already listed, I'm sorry if they're inaccurate and more sorry if I somehow made a mistake in summarizing them. If you can point to any published articles that confirm what you've said, we can fix the Wikipedia article using them as sources. An alternative is to just remove your name from the article, which I think would be acceptable, although the Wikipedia article doesn't seem to be the top Google result for your name. --W.marsh 13:50, 24 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • Unfortunately Wikipedia is not intended to be an original publisher of this kind of information, we can only document information that's already been published. Our policies on this are here and here. Your best bet would be to see if Wired, a local newspaper, etc. would be interested in picking this up and doing an interview with you. --W.marsh 18:38, 24 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have updated the article using the New York Times story as a reference... it should now not imply anything but that you plead to those 2 charges of "making harassing telephone calls", which is what the media reported, right? --W.marsh 18:59, 24 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hi, there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot 19:27, 24 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Update[edit]

I have modified the article a bit... the Detroit Free Press article repeats an early accusation from the FBI but it's something you were never found guilty of, so I removed anything about causing monetary damage. Believe me I don't want the article to do any undue damage to your reputation... but I'm only human and you obviously have a lot more knowledge about this than I do (I was a toddler when this stuff actually happened). Just be patient and we should be able to get it right. --W.marsh 19:41, 24 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
