Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. A tag has been placed on User:Girly Fungi requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section U5 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to consist of writings, information, discussions, or activities not closely related to Wikipedia's goals. Please don't keep submitting a draft article for review without making any changes to address the reason for it having previously declined, as you have done with User:Girly Fungi/sandbox. Doing so serves no useful purpose, and wastes reviewers' time which could otherwise have been spent on more useful work. JBW (talk) 12:24, 9 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The text in the sandbox appears to have been directly copied from a Google Books profile. I'm afraid it may be a copyright violation. Girly Fungi, what you write on Wikipedia must be a summary of your sources, written in your own words - please do not simply copy and paste. 199.208.172.35 (talk) 21:31, 10 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Yes. Thank you for pointing that out. The draft infringes copyright, and I have deleted it. JBW (talk) 09:46, 11 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, articles should not be moved, as you did to List of ISO 639-1 codes, without good reason. They should have a name that is both accurate and intuitive. Wikipedia has some guidelines in place to help with this. Generally, a page should only be moved to a new title if the current name doesn't follow these guidelines. Also, if a page move is being discussed, consensus needs to be reached before anybody moves the page. If you would like to experiment with page titles and moving, please use the test Wikipedia. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Naming list articles as "List of ___" is standard; please see the guidelines at WP:LISTNAME. The name certainly was not a misspelling, as you had indicated in your edit summary. IagoQnsi (talk) 20:51, 13 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I see that you have moved the page User:Girly Fungi/sandbox to User:Real Friends (book). I'm not sure what you were trying to do, but since there is no user account called "Real Friends (book)" it must have been some kind of mistake, so I have moved the page back.
