Information icon Hello, I'm Jayakrishnan.ks100. Your recent edit to the page Rajinikanth appears to have added incorrect information, so I have removed it for now. If you believe the information was correct, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. JK (talk) 11:32, 7 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome[edit]

Hello, Gogdygody, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} and your question on this page, and someone will show up shortly to answer. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

We hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, you can sign your name on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! JK (talk) 11:33, 7 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Rajinikanth. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. Rajinikanth was born in erstwhile Mysore state in 1950 and Karnataka state was established only on 1 November 1956. JK (talk) 11:45, 7 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

When you revert something, you got to explain the reason especially when there is a dispute. JK (talk) 11:48, 7 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm TheRedPenOfDoom. I noticed that you made a change to an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 12:23, 10 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Warning[edit]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Arjun Sarja and multiple other articles shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 13:04, 10 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of two weeks for sock puppetry. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  Bbb23 (talk) 16:15, 10 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
For evading your block by using the account User:Jayakrishnan.ks101, which is also a blatant impersonation of User talk:Jayakrishnan.ks100, I have now extended your block to indefinite. De728631 (talk) 13:29, 14 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
