One of our "rules and regulations" regards conflict of interest. You should never have been doing any mainspace editing about an organization you founded. Instead, not only did you repeatedly attempt to move a draft to mainspace, you also dodged around create protection via just trying to change the name. Both of these things are completely unacceptable. Pinging someone yet again after being repeatedly told not to is not going to change their mind. You also have avoided directly answering questions given to you, multiple times. My advice is to wait a year and in that time, get to learn the policies so you can answer these questions. If you keep pushing, there's a very good chance someone will revoke your talk page access.
