April 2016[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Lynden, Washington has been reverted.
Your edit here to Lynden, Washington was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://www.twitter.com/RealFerny) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, fansite, or similar site (see 'Links to avoid', #11), then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 22:35, 24 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

File copyright problem with File:FernandoGonzalezBellisFair.jpeg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:FernandoGonzalezBellisFair.jpeg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright and licensing status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can verify that it has an acceptable license status and a verifiable source. Please add this information by editing the image description page. You may refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 13:27, 4 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

February 2017[edit]

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, but it appears you have written or added to an article about yourself, at Fernando Gonzalez (Actor). Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you. 331dot (talk) 12:31, 8 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Bellingham, Washington. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia.

Information icon Hello, I'm Thewinrat. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Bellingham, Washington, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. This is not an appropriate warning Thewinrat. Look at your own revert: The edit you claim was adding an unsourced content on a BLP was in fact adding a source. And Bellingham, Washington is not a living person. Bennv3771 (talk) 13:08, 24 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Discretionary sanctions alert for articles and content relating to post-1932 American politics, articles relating to gender related disputes and articles relating to living or recently deceased people[edit]

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have recently shown interest in post-1932 politics of the United States and closely related people. Bellingham Metro News[edit]

I have moved the article you created to Draft space(Draft:Bellingham Metro News) as if it remained in the main space, it would probably be speedy deleted as having no credible claim of significance or promotional. In draft space, you can work on it until it is properly sourced with independent reliable sources and shown to be notable as an organization. Its mere existence does not merit it a Wikipedia article, it needs to meet the notability criteria. A tag has been placed on Fernando Gonzalez (actor) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, such as at Articles for deletion. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Sockpuppet investigation[edit]

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Gonzafer001, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

SounderBruce 04:02, 1 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

This was the first time I have posted to Wikipedia on that account in a while. Again, I’m so sorry that about it, I have never heard of sockpuppetry until now. Fernando Gonzalez 09:13, 1 April 2019 (UTC)

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice that Fernando Gonzalez (actor), a page that you created, has been tagged for deletion. The article Boomers Drive-In has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Local business with no significant outside coverage, even in regional newspapers

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. You may have accidentally activated the "Treat the above as wiki markup" option in the "Signature" section of your preferences. You need to:
  • either keep that option checked and manually insert link markup pointing to your user talk page in the signature code above, e.g. [[User talk:Gnzafer001|Fernando Gonzalez]]
  • or keep that option unchecked and have a plain string (e.g. "Fernando Gonzalez") in the signature box.
