Err.. I am just copying them over as they are onto my iPod, using it as a flash drive, then taking it to a friends house and converting it through their computer. @_@ Easiest way I could do it. Medical advice[edit]

Reference Desk can't give medical advice, and we don't know where you live; but I'm assuming it's the US — if you live near any city, look up "Free Clinic" in the phone book or possibly online you'll find a no-charge clinic with doctors who will see you.
