Hi! Thanks for asking about removing a cleanup template (about NPOV). Those tags are ways editors communicate with eachother and to readers when something may need a closer look or be in flux. I really appreciate you asking about this and expressing the intention to discuss any future neutrality issues with other editors. Such is the Wikipedia way! Cheers :)
