Thanks for your contribution, that is a great topic for addition to our encyclopedia. We normally need two sources that have been through an editorial process, and your draft needed one more (one was find, but HHHDB doesn't meet our source standards), so I added two and accepted the article. Suggestion

[edit]

You could work on Willie "Pdub" Moore, Jr., if you want to the draft for him to see what the administrators think of his notability. His album with Bizzle charted on three Billboard charts. The AllMusic list the album under Bizzle for the charts, but (link: http://www.billboard.com/biz/search/charts?f[0]=ts_chart_artistname%3APDUB&f[1]=ss_bb_type%3Achart_item&type=2&artist=PDUB) Billboard lists it to both of them, which is what Amazon.com proves to be true. The Cross Bearer (talk) 03:17, 23 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I am using this as a test case to see if a dual work can prove notability for an artist that charts. The Cross Bearer (talk) 03:17, 23 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Okay I'll get right on it.Graceking123 (talk) 03:46, 23 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

I saw the ref you just added to the draft. Looks like that's pretty serious in-depth coverage and reliable too (the site's on this list). I'd advise you to add whatever you can from that source and then the article should be ready for mainspace. You'll just have to find an admin to review/accept it, since it's create-protected. --Jakob (talk) 23:18, 23 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Good morning Grace. I am going to move your article to mainspace. That means it is published!!!! I am going to ask you to do one thing for me though. Please use the Cite Journal template for your reference to Billboard. The "title" field is the name of whatever chart, the journal is billboard, put in the date of the publication and the access date (today), add the link to google and click the show/hide extra fields tab and enter the page number and the ISSN number which is 0006-2510. I found that by clicking the "about this magazine" tab on the google page linked. Write me with any questions, and Happy editing! John from Idegon (talk) 18:47, 26 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia

[edit]

So, do you now believe that Wikipedia is just, when it comes to artist inclusion? The Cross Bearer (talk) 05:49, 27 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • In your effort to get Hostyle Gospel accepted, use RedCloud to convey the message that I created. The Cross Bearer (talk) 07:59, 1 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • @The Cross Bearer So, what should I do with the Hostyle Gospel draft article? Should I rewrite it or do you want to rewrite the article? I'm starting to feel like giving on this group, but I feel like the Lord is telling not to give up on any of his Christian artists, writers, poets etc. Plus I saw this group in concert before and they are amazing. So, I thought this would look good on my resume for articles I helped created. Graceking123 (talk) 14:25, 1 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
    • First and foremost, I advise you not to give up on the article. It would be a travesty if they are not included on this encyclopedia. I am determined along with you to see this article through to creation. If needed, I will rewrite the article, but right now it is done just fine. This should be enough for an administrator to determine they are in fact notable for inclusion, per band. It is a worthwhile endeavor to get these articles created, just remember that at the end of the day.The Cross Bearer (talk) 00:26, 2 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Their is a female gospel group called, Witness, who are notable, and they don't presently have an article on Wikipedia. You can look at AllMusic and Cross Rhythms to see they have gotten coverage.
