Hi, I'm on Wikibreak so I'm not up to getting involved with stuff, but note that there have been several other people dissatisfied with PT's decisions (see, specifically, here and here) so you're certainly not alone. In this case it appears that you used the wrong procedure for renominating an article (see Template talk:Afdx for more), but it's probably best to wait for a bit before retrying for consensus. Oh, sorry, my mistake, I was looking at the edit summary on Strata (band), which linked to the first AfD, and not the page itself. In any case, while I disagree with the 'keep' points made on the first AfD (I'd have voted delete as well, on grounds of WP:V) renominating so soon after an AfD has been closed is likely to push consensus in the opposite direction anyway. When collaborating on anything you have to accept that people will make wrong decisions sometimes; the trick is to avoid letting that get you down or get you riled up! "Waste of space"[edit]

I've seen you mention in various places that your practice of deletionism is getting rid of "waste of space" on Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a paper encyclopedia, so there's no space to waste. It's better to delete articles because they aren't verifiable. - Lex 04:18, 9 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
