In each of these posts you express racism, impugnimg the character of Salimfadhley, using race/ethnicity as your mechanism. I view this as something that requires your immediate attention to rectify. Every Wikipedia editor is equal to every other editor. I see it as deeply offensive. Fiddle Faddle 22:54, 5 October 2020 (UTC)

I do as well. There is little point in asking for specific races or ethnicities, as you don't know the race of the person at the other end of the computer and have no way to verify it. Even if you did, it is deeply offensive to suggest that other races can't evaluate your drafts. If they meet the criteria, who is reviewing it should not matter. No reliable source references

The company's own website should be listed as an External link rather than a reference. It does not establish notability. Companies Home is just a listing of companies. So, same.
