Population by country of birth and nationality estimates[edit]

Hi Stephanie. I don't suppose you work on the population by country of birth and nationality estimates at ONS, by any chance? I have a question about them that you might be able to answer if you do. Cordless Larry (talk) 10:57, 16 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Larry, No I don't but the email address for any questions is migstatsunit@ons.gsi.gov.uk. I hope this helps.
Stephanie
Thanks Stephanie. Now that you mention it, I think I might have e-mailed them some years ago about a related matter. Thanks - I'll drop them a line. Cordless Larry (talk) 11:47, 16 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Larry, no problems. I wonder if you can help actually. I have some other pages that I want to update, but before doing so I would like to just add that I want to do so and await feedback - similar to I did yesterday. However on the other pages I have clicked on the talk tab and they look very different and I can not see a place to actually add my comments. For example, the population density on the page 'United Kingdom' I would like to update as it refers back to mid-2003! If you can shed any light on where/how I can add my ideas for people to comment before I make them that would be great. All very new to this, Cheers Greensl7 (talk) 13:06, 16 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Sure. All you need to do it go to the talk age of the article in question and then click the "New section" tab at the top of the page. That will create a new discussion section (remember to give it a title in the field above the editing window) for the topic you want feedback on. I hope that helps.
