You just created the page again, with these comments.

Saludos.

It is a mistake; I never wanted to attack Mr. Rick Stokes. I just wanted to create a sketch of an article in honor of his figure in order the rest of the Wikipedia users were expanded it. I repeat, I never wanted to use an inappropriate tone, perhaps because I am an Spanih writing in English, so I would have expressed badly. I feel the mistake, but in any case, I think that a man like Rick Stokes is part of the U.S. LGBT history, He deserves his place in Wikipedia. Regards. You shouldn't create a live article to discuss things.
That page will be deleted.
Please try using WP:WIZARD to make a draft article, instead.

Article creation

[edit]

Hi,

No one is going to have an objection if you create an article that is not an attack page and covers a person that conforms to our WP:BIO notability policy. However you should not post explanations and requests to the mainspace Wikipedia. You will need to add proper information to Rick Stokes very soon, or the article will get deleted again. There will be some boilerplate below about copyright stuff, and it is important, but as you seem to be a newer editor here I thought it might be helpful for me to explain my concerns in my own words first. When you add material to Wikipedia, you are offering it up for us to reuse by ourselves and other folks as well. This precludes the addition of copyrighted material unless the author of that material explicitly grants the appropriate permissions--we here at Wikipedia can't be seen as ripping off other people's text. Even if it's your own, we need to be certain that we have the appropriate permissions, or remove any material that appears to be taken from other sources.

It is also important, if you improve the article, to add additional secondary, reliable sources--e.g., news articles or books that discuss the subject of the article. Material which comes from the subject itself, directly or indirectly (book blurb biographies, the author's own web site, facebook page, etc.) aren't considered sufficiently reliable for most purposes.

Please let me know if I can be of any assistance by dropping a line onto my Talk page. Best, --je deckertalk to me 16:58, 23 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

(And now the boilerplate....
