Sigh

I *really* hate to bother you with this, again, but this is just so over the top that I feel like it needs addressing.

Recently, here, User:Francois Robere came to your talk page implicitly agitating for sanctions against User:GizzyCatBella over an ostensible IBAN violation. Of course in that case GCB edited the article frist and FR only came to it later. After some bickering, you closed the discussion with this comment: @François Robere: Please leave GCB alone, like your Iban is supposed to do. Might I suggest that you edit about a topic that isn't in your mutual interest? If you can't exist in the same universe as GCB and knowing that she might be involved in the same discussion as you, it might be time to topic ban you from Poland.. FR's response was that he too "just wanted to be left alone" [1].

Yet just a couple days later, here is FR showing up to a contentious article that GCB *just edited* and edits the exact same minor subsection, basically the next sentence right after the one GCB edited a few days ago:

• Here is FR
• Here is GCB (there's a second additional minor edit by GCB after this one)

This looks like an outright IBAN violation. Even if it's not exactly the same text it's about as close as you can get to another user's edit without physical contact. And it's a clear indication FR is still following GCB around (and to me it looks like he's trying to let her know that he's "watching her") So much for "I too just want to be left alone". @François Robere: You haven't edited the article in over a year. For this violation, I am blocking you for 48 hours. @François Robere and GizzyCatBella: If I get another ping or report of an interaction between you two in the area of Poland between 1920 and 1950, I am topic banning the both of you from it until you write an GA for FA about another subject. (talk page stalker) Ha, I like your solution of requiring a GA level contribution. Some people should certainly try to stop bickering and warring over details and start contributing useful content. Frankly, this kind of remedy should be employed more often.
