A tag has been placed on LumoPro requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for organizations and companies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. First let me thank you for your interest in contributing to Wikipedia, and I hope you stay. Now your article might not meet Wikipedia's guidelines as it have little to support its significance about a company. Ask yourself this question; "Why does this company deserve an article here?". Answer why it deserves an article by writing its importance. If you really want this article to meet our guidelines, Then please read these links; In your case, the first one is best

Please remember, not all articles pass the first time. Its usually because of the same thing, Not enough to support its significance. Peppermint Chills 14:39, 21 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I provided evidence of the importance of the company in the discussion page of the article. Please let me know if that's ok and do remove the deletion tag if it's good enough. Thanks Guyju (talk) 16:18, 21 March 2010 (UTC)guyju[reply]

Thank you for providing evidence to support its significance. Now, Some of the sources you provided may not be enough to support its significance. For instance, using blogs and sites that review products can be identified as promoting a product or a business. Even with those it can still be speedy deleted. I will provide a few links that may help you to back up your information

Also, please do not remove the Tag.
Now eventually another user will also review the article and the information provided, to make a decision.Peppermint Chills 16:48, 21 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

evidence for article helped it pass[edit]

Well i have to say, you did well with providing enough to prove its importance, all you have to do now is cite the sources in the article. I will give you links to help :

Now remember, your article may still be deleted, but not under CSD. Citing sources and adding a little more information will help prevent that. If you need any help, just post on my talk page. Goodluck! --Peppermint Chills 19:43, 22 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
