There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group or a web site, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Hi,

There must be a misunderstanding. I didn't know that I cannot create a page for a business as an user with an organization name. So I intentionally created one for that purpose. I also have a user page named HannaMkhitaran. Can I create a page about the company from that user page? If so, please unblock my IP address.

I'd like to ask you to review my unblock request as I have learned the policy and guidelines of Wikipedia and absolutely understand the mistakes I'd done. Mistakenly I assumed that rules of Wikipedias in different languages are the same - so I created a new account for an article I was going to create. It was supposed to be about a company I do not work for and never did. Also, I promise I will not use any advertising nor promotional language in my articles. I want to be a part of Wikipedia community, write from a neutral point of view and contribute to Wikipedia as much as I can. I am now asking for a second chance. Hi, I attempted to create an article about the company because I'm writing a master's thesis about tech companies that were included in Technology Fast 50 ranking in 2014 and picked this ~firm because it's from Poland. Sorry, I didn't understand the question. This notice was probably a mistake, I didn't try to put any Conflict of Interest on the page but most likely was trying to use a template to create an article about an enterprise so that I could fulfill all the information about the firm. I guess that was an attempt to publish an infobox but I found the appropriate template later and forgot to delete this notice. HMkhitaran (talk) 14:10, 23 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, what was wrong about the article is that I used advertising some advertising materials to ctreate the article and it looked like I was promoting the firm. I've corrected one fragment. Please see below and let me know what you think.
