Notability of Mohamed Ghozzi[edit]

A tag has been placed on Mohamed Ghozzi requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. AikiHawkeye (talk) 02:51, 14 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Notability deletion[edit]

Hello. I'm responding to the post you made to my talk page. Please don't take it personally. If the article had more sources indicating how or why the subject is notable, it would pass muster with the Wikipedia notability guidelines. For example, if you want to add the article again, be ready to link to articles wherein the subject is discussed in detail by literary critics. You can also consider having a list of published works by the subject. The more backup and details an article has from outside sources, the better it is. If you need time to do this, my understanding is, you can write the article and get it ready on your user page, and then move it over when it has enough sources to be published in the main Wikipedia section. If you want to try again, I'd be happy to help you. Again, I hope you don't think I requested the speedy deletion out of meanness or disrespect! Sincerely, AikiHawkeye (talk) 21:14, 14 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs[edit]

Hello H 09G! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. Please note that all biographies of living persons must be sourced. If you were to add reliable, secondary sources to this article, it would greatly help us with the current 939 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
