I merged your requests, only one is needed at a time. On Wikipedia there is no distinction between "informational" and "promotional"(see WP:YESPROMO). Wikipedia is not for merely providing information. Wikipedia articles summarize what independent reliable sources with significant coverage have chosen on their own to say about the subject, showing how it meets the special Wikipedia definition of notability.
