This account is editing in violation of the sockpuppetry policy, and has been blocked indefinitely. If you want to get a clean start under a new name, you must adhere to the guidelines for multiple accounts; specifically, in this case, refrain from making the same (or similar) contentious edits as you have with previous accounts. Please do not make spurious reports to WP:AIV, such as the one you made with respect to User:Bart133. I note that you also left a warning on his talk page, but were not specific as to what edit(s) you had concerns about. As he is a longtime editor, I find it unlikely that he has suddenly taken to vandalising pages.
