Image for Rotherwas Room

Hi Hariteach. One thing I just noticed was this image: File:Rotherwas Room Full View.jpg does not appear to be freely licensed. It was uploaded today and looks like it is the property of the Mead Art Museum. If that's the case, we cannot use it since photos uploaded to Wikimedia Commons have to be free to use for any downstream purpose. If the photo has been released under a free license or the art museum is willing to release it under a free license I can help with that process. If not, it will likely be deleted from commons within a few days and then removed from the article by a bot. The other photos were taken by Sespinosa17 and all appear to be correctly licensed, so they should be fine. Please let me know how I can help, thanks. Adam (Wiki Ed) (talk) 21:47, 22 July 2015 (UTC)

• Thanks for flagging that User:Adam (Wiki Ed), I've passed that on to the authors and they've followed up with the copyright holder, who has just sent an email to OTRS with the template permission letter. Hopefully that'll take care of the licensing for the picture.
