Welcome. Wikipedia works off of referenced information. There is a reference that the lawsuit was filed. A reference would be needed to indicate that it was dropped. This might or might not indicate that the entire incident should be dropped from the article. It might simply indicate that the fact that it was filed and the fact that it was dropped should be in the article.Naraht (talk) 20:14, 20 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I appreciate that you are coming into this in good faith. I've looked through news.google for "Matt Fritzie" (I can't imagine this being discussed without the name of the injured pledge). As I indicated on Talk:Phi Gamma Delta, the most recent mentions are about the lawsuit the last week of 2010 and two months later a finding that hazing had taken place by Kansas University. Given the other references found, The reference from "Pitch" can probably be replaced with something else. Let's continue the discussion at Talk:Phi Gamma Delta and see if we can work to find a Reliable Source that will help with improving the article.Naraht (talk) 00:32, 21 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
