Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Sparta, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. El Greco(talk) 19:52, 14 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your contributions to 1990s/2000s era history to that article, but please be sure to cite your sources when adding information. --Andrewlp1991 (talk) 23:49, 15 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 00:32, 23 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

India Edwards[edit]

Hello. Thanks for starting the article on India Edwards. I knew nothing about her (I'm not American so the chances of me knowing her were pretty slim I suppose) but I edited the article with the initial intention of adding proper categories and ended up reorganizing content, adding some, finding more references and so on. Her career is pretty fascinating and it's pretty sad that it took so long for someone to start a decent article about her. Cheers, Pichpich (talk) 20:18, 28 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
