How you can help

Thanks for your note on the League of Copyeditors talk page. The LoCE is a section of Wikipedia where editors get together to organise copyediting for articles that need it (for example, improving the grammar, spelling or style of an article). If you have interests in this area, we'd be pleased to have you on board!

Regarding the Roswell articles, you don't need to ask permission to edit articles. If you see something that you can improve, please feel free. However, we would recommend that your edits comply with Wikipedia policies (click "The five pillars of Wikipedia" in the welcome message above for more information). Basically, only include information you can back up from a reliable source, write without bias, discuss major changes on the article talk page first, and be friendly ;)

I hope this helps! You can leave me a note (below or on my talk page here) if you have any questions. All the best, EyeSereneTALK 13:33, 26 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for Image:Cha cally.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Cha cally.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 02:05, 20 October 2007 (UTC)

February 2008[edit]

Hi, the recent edit you made to List of animal characters in the 101 Dalmatians franchise has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks. The article Christopher Grey has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:NACTOR and WP:GNG. One major credit is not sufficient without plenty of coverage in third-party sources, which is absent.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ♠PMC(talk) 21:37, 14 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
