Welcome![edit]

Hello, HeartStater90, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I noticed that one of the first articles you created or edited appears to be an article about yourself. Writing about yourself is a common mistake made by new Wikipedians.

As this is an encyclopedia, we wouldn't expect to have an article about every contributor. We require individuals to meet Wikipedia's definition of a notable person to accept articles about them. A page you created about yourself may well be deleted from the encyclopedia. If it is deleted and you wish to retrieve its contents, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

If your contributions to an existing article about yourself are undone and you wish to add to or change it, please propose the changes on its talk page.

Please avoid bare urls[edit]

WP:BAREURLs are discouraged in Wikipedia, soeplease quaint yourself with WP:CITATION. There is a handy citer tool here which makes it very easy to format them, BUT you need to always check the results as they are not always perfect and often need a bit of tweaking. WP:BLP might be useful too, for editing biographical articles. Best wishes. Laterthanyouthink (talk) 01:27, 10 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you - I can see now they don't look as conformed as the other citations - I can take a quick look to correct these unless someone else more experienced jumps in HeartStater90 (talk) 08:26, 12 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Please note[edit]

The list of noongar people and your cut and paste is out of order... If you dont understand the issue - ask JarrahTree 09:38, 13 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Can you explain why you removed entries for Fleay from the lists when there are significant references? This appears to be against the rules of the site. And not culturally sensitive. HeartStater90 (talk) 10:34, 13 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked[edit]

Stop icon
You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia while the threats stand or the legal action is unresolved.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

I cannot believe you blocked me and not the person racially abusing on this page. That is a disgrace. HeartStater90 (talk) 11:29, 13 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Well I am hoping you also blocked and banned that person as they have stopped deleting the entry and making racial slurs HeartStater90 (talk) 11:32, 13 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah I just noticed their last edit summary at [[List of Noongar people; that's block-worthy and I've hidden it from non-admin view. Just ... don't edit anything that closely connected to ... it never ends well. Graham87 11:33, 13 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for doing that - it’s important to take a stand against racism and fair information - peace HeartStater90 (talk) 11:35, 13 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Appeal to remove block[edit]

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I was not threatening any legal action I was simply making a report to police which is not legal action in the slightest. I never even mentioned taking legal action at this stage or in the future. Criminal matters in Australia are determined by the police of their own accord if they feel they have sufficient evidence to do so HeartStater90 (talk) 11:37, 13 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

The relevant policy says: "A legal threat, in this context, is a threat to engage in an external (real life) legal or other governmental process that would target Wikipedia or other editors." The police is part of the government. And you've been engaging in self-promotion. Let's not waste the time of other editors with this. Graham87 12:04, 13 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
