Hello, Heatherized. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Heather Cole, for deletion because it's a biography of a living person that lacks references. If you don't want Heather Cole to be deleted, please add a reference to the article.

If you don't understand this message, you can leave a note on my talk page.

Thanks, st170etalk 16:01, 7 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Username

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I saw that you edited or created Heather Cole, and I noticed that your username, "Heatherized", may not comply with our username policy. Please note that you may not use a username that represents the name of a company, group, organization, product, or website. Examples of usernames that are not allowed include "XYZ Company", "MyWidgetsUSA.com", and "Trammel Museum of Art". However, you are invited to use a username that contains such a name if it identifies you personally, such as "Mark at WidgetsUSA", "Jack Smith at the XY Foundation", and "WidgetFan87".

Please also note that Wikipedia does not allow accounts to be shared by multiple people, and that you may not advocate for or promote any company, group, organization, product, or website, regardless of your username. Moreover, I recommend that you read our conflict of interest guideline. If you are a single individual and are willing to contribute to Wikipedia in an unbiased manner, please create a new account or request a username change that complies with our username policy. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. The reason I have flagged your username is because in your first article 'Heather Cole', you make specific reference to her company 'Heatherized' - your username. This implies that you are the company and this implies too that you are sharing the account and, under Wikipedia username policy, this is banned. st170etalk 16:09, 7 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for adding spam links. Persistent spammers will have their websites blacklisted from Wikipedia and potentially penalized by search engines. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  Alexf(talk) 16:50, 7 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

PLEASE help me. I'm completely new to all this and all I wanted to do was had Heather Cole who is a speaker & coach just like Marie Forleo is. It's a little confusing and I'd like to fix whatever I didn't do correctly such as using a different username and my personal email and not Heather's business/contact email. UGGGHHHH....I'm a mess here. I'm even cool with you deleting everything I did and I'll try starting over again.

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
  1. understand what you have been blocked for,
  2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
  3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. PhilKnight (talk) 08:29, 8 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Proposed deletion of Heather Cole page

[edit]

I now understand more about your spamming policies. The only references that I currently would be able to use could be construed as aiming to promote the author. Therefore, I request that not only the reference be deleted but the entire Heather Cole page be deleted.

Thank you for your understanding. Heatherized (talk) 14:36, 8 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
