Read the article before changing it. As clearly stated, legal and illegal immigrants qualify for the DREAM Act.

Longline fishing?[edit]

My apology. I've removed the comment, which was an error. My guess is I was checking your edit to Bowfin in one tab, which was okay, and the edit to Longline fishing in another tab, which wasn't okay.
