I don't understand the decline. Every other team the Red Riders team played has a Wikipedia page, and usually has significantly less detail and references. What am I missing?

The one reference (and paragraph) added since the previous decline is problematic for two reasons. First, it's PRIMARY (from the ABA itself), and second it has nothing to do with the NY Red Riders. The only correlation is that this new team and the NYRR were based in Elmira.
