Review:

This article contains relevant information concerning the Ultrabithorax protein, including multiple references to primary sources of information. However, there are many ways in which it can be improved.

The introduction is informative, however much of the information is very specific and might be more understandable in the body under the correct headings (etc "Structure" and "Function"). No historical information is given in the introduction, such as the discovery of Ubx or its impact toward science.

The body of the text is very short, with only a few brief sentences under each section heading. The information in these sections is relevant and referenced, but much too short to be very informative. For example, the body of the "Repression" section consists of only one sentence:

"Expression of Ubx is repressed by the long non-coding RNA Bxd.[5][6]"

This explanation gives the molecule used to repress Ubx, but no information as to the mechanism of repression.

Overall this article provides an adequate amount of referenced information, but could be vastly improved by changes to its structure, content, and grammar.

Current Changes:

The section titled "Ubx self-assembly" was changed to "Ubx Biomaterials" to make the main subject of the information more apparent. Some more information regarding Ubx materials and their advantages was then added to the Ubx Biomaterials section.
